The Pilgrim Hotel is frequently praised for its lovely views of the countryside and the Malvern Hills. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and tea and coffee facilities; rectory rooms offer particularly fine garden views. The hotel's location, although on the A49, tends to be quiet, and the restaurant offers pleasant sunset views; however, some guests have noted issues with service at the bar. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the area, a short drive from Hereford and close to Much Birch.

Adequate stay with some drawbacks

good locationhelpful stafffriendly staffconfusing stationsfree previewoverpriced food
The room was a very good size. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location was good, and the breakfast was also very good.
The tv station stations were confusing. I could not get none of the regular tv station. This was probably due to the free preview box. Food and drink were good but a little overpriced

Quiet Countryside Stay

The hotel had nice views over the countryside. The rooms were quiet despite being on the A49. The restaurant faces the view allowing you to see the sunset during dinner. The room provided all necessities and breakfast was nice.
