The location was really nice. The staff are very friendly, they were very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The rooftop terrace exists and is lovely.

The breakfast included only items from a menu, I didn't like it. The 'tostada' was as a slice of bread, barely toasted. I wish they offer olive oil, like they do in Spain.

The hotel location near Torres de Serranos was excellent. The beautiful room featured balconies with a view of the towers and park. The bathroom included lovely toiletries (i appreciate it!).

warm service really good staff

The location felt superb. I found it very easy to reach from the airport using the metro. The staff felt very kind and helpful. They ensured my trip went smoothly.

Shelves seemed too high for me in the room. I struggled to reach them.

smaller room size slow service

The room size was smaller than expected I found this disappointing it felt cramped especially with luggage. The TV was difficult to operate I struggled with the controls and channel selection. Breakfast service was slow several times the orders were delayed and some items were missing.

loud music broken tv

The rooftop bar was a disappointment. It closed early. There was also loud music at night (even with earplugs). The tv remote didn't work either. I had to call the reception, and they couldn't fix it.
