The room size was smaller than expected I found this disappointing it felt cramped especially with luggage. The TV was difficult to operate I struggled with the controls and channel selection. Breakfast service was slow several times the orders were delayed and some items were missing.

The rooftop bar was a disappointment. It closed early. There was also loud music at night (even with earplugs). The tv remote didn't work either. I had to call the reception, and they couldn't fix it.
