The location is quite convenient. It is within walking distance of major city shops and restaurants. The hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, which I appreciated.. a LOT. The breakfast selection was particularly fantastic.
Initially, I was given a room where repairs were ongoing. I could hear the sounds of hammering. The gym's air conditioning was not working, made workouts uncomfortable. dumbbells only went up to 12 kilograms.

The food from room service tasted good, a good experience. sun hats were a lovely touch, they helped protect from the strong rays. the location was fairly quiet. This ensured peaceful mornings. the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
the rooftop swimming pool seemed small. it felt overcrowded. the terrace bar filled up quickly. it was necessary to book in advance.

the breakfast buffet offered many tasty options i especially liked the fresh pastries the rooftop pool was a relaxing spot with good views bus routes nearby made it easy to reach the beach and other areas
the gym could have been a bit cooler the air felt a little warm during workouts

i liked the spacious room it had a comfortable bed and a good shower. the air conditioning worked well and was easy to manage. the hotel gifted a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates to celebrate a birthday which i found thoughtful.
i noticed the minibar items seemed quite expensive and water was not included beyond the one complimentary bottle.

breakfast included a wide selection of items and the food tasted very good. the hotel restaurant has a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigars i was not so happy with this. the staff offered prompt and attentive service though.

the room featured robes and amenity kits i thought this was a nice touch. i had a spacious room cleaned daily. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

broken air conditioning loud music
the location was acceptable for accessing many parts of the city on foot.
the air conditioning did not work adequately the temperatures remained high i was not offered another room there was a party on the ground floor and music reverberated loudly on the fourth floor the night clerk did not acknowledge the disturbance at first

My room featured a superior double bed. The air conditioning worked efficiently and was easy to control. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower (very convenient!). The hotel was very clean, which I appreciate.
The rooftop pool was a bit smaller than expected.
