tiny elevator minimal supplies
The elevator was tiny for a nine-story building. I often waited ages. the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it. they gave us only one small water bottle for two people, for the entire stay. How stingy! also, the bathroom supplies were minimal. I expect more than a tiny bar of soap.

some issues detracted from the experience
awful smell no ventilation
the location was good for visiting the city center
the room had an awful smell i think there was no proper ventilation the bathroom lacked a window so humidity lingered also it felt a bit like a hospital due to the cleaning products used the hotel really needs to address this issue

room upgrade superior view central location
I received an upgrade to a superior room upon arrival. The upgraded room allowed me to watch local festivities from the main central street. The location was convenient. A restaurant next door had reasonably priced drinks.

the location was ideal. it. the staff was really helpful (i liked their clear procedure). they made it easy to leave luggage after checkout.
the lifts were small. i had to wait quite a long time. handling luggage manually was necessary. (it was a bit of a struggle).

central delight!
superb location polite staff clean room
i really enjoyed the superb location. it made exploring so easy (everything was just a short walk away!). the staff were polite. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day.
the room seemed a little bare. it reminded me a bit of a youth hostel.

The staff was really kind and helpful with directions, and they even helped me with printing some documents i needed for a tour i booked. It. they offered quick solutions.

the breakfast provided a decent array of options. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the dining area was kept clean and well-stocked, and staff ensured the coffee machine was always ready (i love coffee!).
