tiny elevatorminimal supplies
The elevator was tiny for a nine-story building. I often waited ages. the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it. they gave us only one small water bottle for two people, for the entire stay. How stingy! also, the bathroom supplies were minimal. I expect more than a tiny bar of soap.

the location was good for visiting the city center
the room had an awful smell i think there was no proper ventilation the bathroom lacked a window so humidity lingered also it felt a bit like a hospital due to the cleaning products used the hotel really needs to address this issue

I received an upgrade to a superior room upon arrival. The upgraded room allowed me to watch local festivities from the main central street. The location was convenient. A restaurant next door had reasonably priced drinks.

i really enjoyed the superb location. it made exploring so easy (everything was just a short walk away!). the staff were polite. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day.
the room seemed a little bare. it reminded me a bit of a youth hostel.

i loved the location on the main square. the room design was quite nice, and the beds were very comfortable. the breakfast room offered great views of the city below. luggage storage was a great amenity too
