I found the hotel clean. the staff proved friendly and helpful. breakfast included many tasty choices. the room was spacious. It reminded me of a relaxing retreat, away from the hustle and bustle outside.

i noticed the gym equipment looked a little dated, though everything was in working order.

The staff provided quick, efficient service at reception. I needed assistance with a minor issue, and they resolved it immediately. concierge services are available 24/7, which helped with planning excursions and providing immediate responses to questions. staff members were available at all hours

The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. I appreciated the availability of gluten-free bread. the on-site restaurant offers a good selection of local dishes. the restaurant space is bright, airy, and perfect for starting the day.

The pool area includes comfortable loungers. It offers a relaxing area to unwind. the hotel has a gym with basic equipment like treadmills and weights, though the equipment is dated. elevators provide fast access to all floors!

The breakfast options were tasty and provided good variety. the building had panoramic external lifts. I stayed on the 23rd floor and found it quite an experience. the restaurant service we used in the evening impressed me

The pool felt undersized considering how many people were staying at the hotel. the food quality wasn't great at dinner. I paid close to €100 for a meal that wasn't excellent though meals down the road are much better. getting towels by the pool required a trip down to reception which was not ideal

the location was acceptable, with access to transportation.

the room i was assigned was disappointing. the carpet showed deep stains. additionally, the sofa looked to be falling apart. i did not find this acceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
