poor soundproofing slow room service
I found a few things lacking . The window in my room did not open, which I always find a bit stuffy. The sound isolation was poor. I could clearly hear noises from other rooms and the street, and even the water pipes in the walls were quite loud. Room service also seemed below average (I waited over an hour for a simple sandwich).

decent stay near the city of arts

The location near the city of arts and sciences was really convenient. It was just a short walk away. the beds were very comfortable. I slept well each night. the breakfast had a good variety. There were many options to choose from, though the restaurant was very crowded.
The sound isolation in my room wasn't great. I could hear a lot of noise from the street even with the windows closed. some parts of the flooring seemed a bit worn. There were a few spots that looked like they needed repair. the room service menu was quite limited. I didn't find many appealing options.

limited equipment elevator inconvenience
The gym was a letdown. It had limited equipment. i found only one treadmill available. getting my luggage to the room late at night was difficult, as i had to use two different elevators without any assistance. it felt a bit inconvenient after a long day of travel.

Fantastic Stay, Location and Comfort

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences. It was about a ten-minute walk. The rooftop bar provided fine city views. I enjoyed the breakfast with its wide array of choices, including many fresh options.
The window in my room did not block out traffic noise completely, so it was sometimes loud at night.

The room featured a comfortable king-size bed. It provided good rest after a day of exploring. The bathroom had a modern design with a rainfall shower. I found the room to be very clean and spacious.

A bus line right outside the hotel offered convenient access to the historic center. I could easily reach many parts of the city and the beach. The area around the hotel has several cafes and restaurants.
