ilham, the public relations manager made me felt so welcome. she answered my questions. my room it was super clean also. it was large and decorated nice too. the breakfast has a good selection. all were beautiful and clean.
the receptionist, not so much customer training. we witnessed some unhappy people. they always looked too busy.

the hotel is near a big shopping center. the shuttle to the city center is so fast, just about 10 minutes. i found it super convenient.

The shuttle bus to the medina was GREAT!!! The rooms were large with a good en suite. The rooms were kept clean by a friendly team of cleaners. I really felt welcomed and well cared for.
The air conditioning did not work. It was a little warm.

The pool area was AMAZING!!! There were plenty of sunbeds available, and the water was clean. The gardens were beautifully maintained. I REALLY enjoyed walking through them each morning.
The gym equipment was a little outdated. the buffet often lacked spoons. I had to ask for them several times.

The room was big. Comfy beds provided good rest. Location is near a mall and airport. The hammam experience was great. I enjoyed the variety of foods.
The noise from a nightclub in a neighboring hotel went late into the night. Soft pillows could improve sleep.
