A Tranquil Oasis of Moroccan Charm

really good hospitality tranquil setting rooftop breakfast

I was greeted with really good hospitality and felt welcomed. I explored the hotel and observed authentic Moroccan decor that created a tranquil setting. Breakfast on the rooftop was a relaxing experience, with attentive staff ensuring everything was perfect. The staff really cares.

The windows in my room did not let in a lot of natural light.

The breakfast includes plain omelets, yogurt, cereals, freshly baked breads, local honey, jams, and traditional cakes. The hotel serves coffee and tea according to the preferences of each guest. I observed a very attentive service.

a haven of beauty

true beauty plentiful breakfast

the hotel is one of the most beautiful i've ever seen. the rooms exhibit true beauty. breakfasts were plentiful and delicious.

The room had small windows reducing natural light. It wasn't the best, but everything else was beyond wonderful. next time, i'll ask for a room with larger windows.

staff escorted us to our tour at 5 am. they ensured we were comfortable at all times. the owner met us and was cute, so the staff were great.

The location was very good. It was easy to find. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They answered all my questions. The hotel ensured I had a very clean room and the housekeeping was great.

My room was advertised with a balcony. I found this was false. There was no private outdoor space. The small windows didn't provide much natural light. The bed was stiff.

This place has an elegantly authentic style. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was such a lovely way to start the day (I loved the fresh orange juice!). It felt so cute to return after being out and about exploring the city.

The WiFi signal was a bit weak in the courtyard some times.

spacious rooftop prepared breakfast excellent staff false information stiff beds natural light

The riad provides several areas for lounging, i saw that it ranges from the ground floor up to a spacious rooftop. I enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast daily. The staff and service are excellent. They helped with luggage upon arrival, the room was cleaned multiple times, and the reception crew assisted with all inquiries and bookings.

the hotel did advertise a balcony, but this information is FALSE. No private outdoor space EXISTS. There were small windows in the rooms, I noticed they didnt allow for natural light. The beds felt very stiff.

I had some issues . the room was advertised as having a balcony, but this was false. No private outdoor space existed. the small windows also meant not much natural light entered. the beds were far too firm. loungers being on the top terrace while the pool was on the bottom floor made going back and forth inconvenient. twice.

broken flush sleeping difficulty

The staff was obliging and helpful (I really appreciated their attention).

The toilet flush was broken upon arrival. It was supposedly fixed, but it kept running all night. This situation made sleeping difficult.
