a wonderful, luxurious stay!

The staff was attentive, even when it got busy towards the end of my stay. meryam, the maid, ensured my room was super clean each day. ahmed at reception was very helpful. He promptly addressed any questions i had. the hotel's location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions.
i found that the gym and sauna required extra payment for use, which i thought was a bit unexpected.

The team provided prompt room service. Orders usually arrived within 30 minutes. i observed that the concierge offered detailed directions and recommendations for local spots. staff members greeted guests warmly and were quick to assist with luggage.

The contemporary beautiful room included a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. i appreciated the spacious bathroom. It featured a separate tub and shower. the room also included a mini-bar stocked with drinks and snacks.

The breakfast buffet had a HUGE selection.
I had issues with the pool. The pool edges were broken, and some tiles were coming off. The water was cloudy. Guests reserved sunbeds by leaving towels on them overnight, so finding a spot was impossible

the only heated pool required an extra €40 per person per day to use it this felt unreasonable considering the overall cost of the stay. staff seemed inattentive and slow.
