I chose this hotel because its green territory reminded me of a tranquil escape, i woke to birds singing each morning. the heated pool was lovely, i spent hours there. a lady served fresh moroccan mint tea in the lobby daily, a special touch. the animation box allowed us to borrow balls, table tennis equipment, board games. It was so fun.

the beautiful room with a double bed and garden view was very spacious. i had a separate sitting area. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

Most of the staff were friendly. They were very hardworking. the team provided great daily service in respect of the rules. i appreciated the security agents on the front, it was very safe.

there are two swimming pools on the premises, surrounded by palm trees and roses. the spa centre provides different types of massages, a hammam, and facials. the barman of the pool makes a good espresso.

The hotel grounds feature two swimming pools. Palm trees and roses decorate the green territory. The bird songs each morning were a pleasant sound. The hotel has a spa center that provides massages and other treatments.
The chaotic restaurant and pool bar made ordering difficult. Staff either responded angrily or forgot orders. The pools seemed crowded and small. This size did not match the guest capacity.

I found the heated pool beautiful for relaxation. the wifi was strong, I could easily connect for work. breakfast had many options. A wide selection was available. the bar prices seemed fair for a five-star hotel, which I APPRECIATED.
The room i stayed in had poor soundproofing. Noises were easily heard. this made it difficult to rest well at times. i hope they improve this feature .
