professionalism of the staff food variety great job room damage cash payment towel deposit

the staff showed kindness and professionalism. i saw this in the doormen, reception clerks, and servers. the cleaning ladies also performed a great job. i noticed good food variety at the buffet.

the hotel charged a payment for towels and potential room damage. this was the only hotel i stayed in that took a deposit for towels and a room. the money has not been returned to my card after weeks.

i thought the rooms was very clean and big. foods here are amazing i think, so much variety. cleaners always made my room fresh every day and the staffs was very friendly and helpful to me.

fantastic stay

shuttle service supportive behavior food selection duplex room

the hotel provided a shuttle service to the city center at scheduled times. this made transportation quite convenient. the staff demonstrated supportive behavior and helpful attitude . they offered a wide selection of foods and a good number of activities. the room was a duplex room.

The music at the pool was a bit too loud. It was hard to have a normal conversation sometimes.
