I loved the amazing pool. There were many loungers available. the hotel gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet provided a wide array of fresh and tasty options.

the breakfast was very good. service at the concierge desk was excellent too.
i must say i was kept awake by a rooster on site!!! it woke everyone up in my block at 5am each morning and continued being noisy for a couple of hours. completely exhausted!

the heated pools were acceptable.
The reception proved dysfunctional. I encountered perpetually disgruntled guests awaiting resolution to their complaints, and the check-in process was notably protracted. it looked the desk was consistently understaffed. this created unneccessary delays.

Lahcen Abahri was always ready to help. The staff was very helpful in arranging for a comfortable stay. Breakfast service was excellent. Sami and Naaima are amazing people.
