the heated pools were acceptable.
The reception proved dysfunctional. I encountered perpetually disgruntled guests awaiting resolution to their complaints, and the check-in process was notably protracted. it looked the desk was consistently understaffed. this created unneccessary delays.

Lahcen Abahri was always ready to help. The staff was very helpful in arranging for a comfortable stay. Breakfast service was excellent. Sami and Naaima are amazing people.
