i encountered a couple of issues. the advertised yoga classes were infrequent, only happening once a week. also, finding somewhere suitable for running outside the hotel was difficult because of the surrounding area (this was quite annoying).

The spa treatments seemed overpriced. A sixty-minute massage cost a considerable sum. the waiting area lacked comfortable seating, so i found myself standing before my appointment. i also noticed limited options on the in-room dining menu after 10 pm. This made late-night snacking difficult. the turn-down service was inconsistent. One night, it was thorough but the next, it was cursory.

The royal suite was amazing. It was more than i could have hoped for. rohan and the team helped me relax and enjoy my time. we have been here before, and we will be back many more times. i see this hotel as a second home. I am welcomed like family.

the hotel felt a little inauthentic, it had no real atmosphere. the food was average at best. the bar closes early and there's zero atmosphere there anyway.

The team shows really good service and attentiveness to every guest. They prioritize customer needs. the staff were responsive. They offer amenities to provide comfort! room service was fast and efficient.

The hotel grounds are immaculate and well-kept. the pool is a good size and heated. There is a large patio area with sun beds. this creates ample shade. Breakfast is available, and the pool restaurant is open all day.

our beautiful villa private pool king bed was spacious. the private pool was perfect, i really enjoyed it. the hotel staff provided quick room service! the concierge managed to get us a reservation at a popular restaurant, and i am grateful.

The furniture in our villa reminded me of it needed an upgrade. it was elegant. it seemed a little outdated compared to the villa's overall magnificence.
