The hotel location is great! I walked to the main square in ten minutes. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff members are friendly. Chef Said and Fatima the waitress were very helpful.

The rooms with a jetted tub are directly below a nightclub. I could hear loud music and people jumping. It lasted until midnight with furniture scraping until 1am. I spoke to reception, but they shrugged, as the club is not part of the hotel.

A Decent Stay

The hotel had plentiful and frequent activities. The activities team involved everyone well! My favourite activity was balance board yoga in the pool. The gym had great equipment for a hotel gym.

The bed seemed to have poor motion isolation. Every time one of us moved, the other would be jostled awake? This resulted in disrupted sleep. I found the free pouring of spirits in cocktails made them undrinkable. Little tip, drink the cocktail of the day by the bar near reception. It is a lot nicer.

The checking in process was fast allowing sufficient time for dinner the same evening. The location is great. The hotel is within walking distance to the main square and souks making it easy to sightsee I liked that taxis and horse carriages are accessible just outside the hotel entrance.

The gym equipment could use an upgrade. Some machines showed signs of wear. I did find this impacted my workout quality as I had to wait longer to use the equipment.

the staff were friendly and helpful (as one would expect, of course).

I found the food to be quite monotonous, with little variation from day to day. the pool area was a bit of a letdown. It seemed like the jacuzzi wasn't properly cleaned, with a noticeable slime layer. i also experienced some difficulties with the tv in my room, it was malfunctioning and netflix did not work, this was rather irritating.

The hotel teams were nice. The location was great for seeing the sights. It was nice to return to after visiting the city.

The pool that was supposed to be heated was freezing cold. I told reception. They told me I was wrong. Everyone who tried to swim in it complained it was cold. The wifi also dropped in and out sometimes. The app was rubbish
