The location was perfect. I could easily walk to many attractions. My room was upgraded upon arrival. I got a room with a lot of space. The rooftop bar had amazing views, especially during sunset. The staff were very helpful and cute. I also enjoyed the spa. It had a big swimming pool!

Breakfast included many variations to choose. There was live cooking too. The rooftop pool offers a nice perspective over everything and is a cozy area. Staff always was friendly and helpful.
Service on the rooftop was slow. I was completely forgotten once.

noisy room staff meeting
the hotel has a rooftop pool that offered a nice perspective of the surrounding area and it was a very cozy space.
my room was too noisy because it was near a staff area, i heard staff meetings in the morning. the location of my room made it hard to relax. i felt the hotel should have better planned the room assignments.

Solid stay, but could be better
ample space rooftop pool
My room was a Beautiful Junior Suite, and it had enough space. The rooftop pool is nice, with a perspective over the area. Staff always seemed ready to assist. I especially liked Jamal, the concierge, he arranged locations for me.

The hotel offered a well-equipped fitness center. I saw elegant design and well kept common areas. A serene pool area was available . exquisite dining options were on-site and seemed sophisticated.

The hotel is just outside the Medina and near other town areas. It is in a good area and within walking distance of many attractions. I felt the location was perfect for exploring.
