amazing stay

fantastic activities great energy friendly service

the daytime activity was super like archery twice a day. aqua aerobics, darts, mini golf, and french boules were available. the team worked with great energy, smiling all the time.. thanks guys for making my holiday super. zizo and ahmed were fantastic with service, constantly bringing out exactly what i wanted without even asking!

Some staff seemed fairly standoffish and regularly ignored you to greet their mates. i saw one stop taking a drinks order to talk to their friend. the bars were often understaffed. It sometimes took 15-20 minutes to get a drink.

modern gym clean spa convenient shop slow service limited seating many flies

The hotel had a modern and clean gym. I found the spa clean and relaxing. The on-site shop was also convenient, a plus.

The drinks service was slow, I noticed long queues. There were not enough chairs at the pool bar during lunch. That was annoying. Flies were everywhere around the drinks. I even saw one inside a pre-made cocktail.

The weather was amazing. The rooms were kept spacious and clean, and the rest of the hotel received great care. The snack bar staff near the main pool was attentive, especially OUALID and SARA. The snack bar food included pizzas, salads, and burgers. The service was fast and clean.

I observed slight wear and tear on doors or furniture in some areas.
