An Acceptable Stay

amazing staff great location small room dusty terrace

The staff were amazing. They communicated well before my arrival. they ensured my stay was comfortable in every way. The location is the best. It is peaceful, yet a few steps away from the square.

The rooms are not so big, even though I booked a room of 4 beds. The terrace where breakfast takes place is quite dirty and dusty, the tables are cleaned just before serving breakfast.

the receptionist gave a GREAt welcome. he was helpful. the location is in the square near everything. this hotel is a budget price. breakfast included many good options.

great location helpful staff rooftop breakfast old rooms basic toiletries missing remote

the location was amazing. it was just a short walk to the market, only about one or two minutes! all the staff were really nice and helpful too. the big breakfast on the rooftop was something i looked forward to every morning. it was such a treat!

the rooms are showing their age a little. good lights could really brighten them up. i also noticed a lack of basic toiletries, like shower gel, in the bathroom. the air conditioning unit was installed but it didn't have a remote. it was kinda frustrating!

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

helpful staff awesome location

The hotel has a perfect location! The staff was very helpful all the time. I would say that the location is awesome. It is only 20 meters away from the Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.
