the hotel location is good with restaurants nearby. staff was helpful. nezha arranged a late check out. the promenade is a short walk.

the lobby had a strong perfume aroma. we had to wait for our rooms to be ready for a few hours. the pool area is small. there are a few tiles missing in the pool.

the hotel has a great location near the beach. the rooms were cleaned regularly. breakfast was available with quite good facilities.

the wifi stopped working in the room. it took two days to resolve that issue. the outdoor seating cushions were quite filthy. the carpets on the landings are threadbare and faded.

the location was great!!! the hotel staff was really friendly. i went with my kids, and one of them celebrated a birthday during our trip. the staff at the hotel, especially the animation team, was amazing!!!

the younger guy at the front desk with the tinned glasses had the worst customer service i've ever seen. he was very rude and unwelcoming, honestly awful. it spoiled the whole vibe. there needs to be some customer service training for him, or maybe he should find another job!!!
