The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had easy access to a relaxing and beautiful environment, because of the close beachfront location. The hotel offers a heated pool, providing an additional option to enjoy the outdoor environment. The presence of turtles in the garden added a charming touch to the atmosphere, a nice experience.

The lock on the door was broken. there were no towels in the room upon arrival, kind of disappointing. also, the room cleaning service seemed to go through our pockets. They stole money from wallets and suitcases. the reception didn't seem shocked when i reported this. there was little to no help

I came back for a third time. The staff shows such friendliness and care. It makes the stay wonderful! the food reminded me of my granny's, simple meat and two veg, so comforting! the rooms have huge beds, providing restful nights. the animation team brought joy. Their energy enhanced our experience greatly.
There wasn't any brown sauce available. This was a minor thing but noticeable.
