helpful staff clean room

the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily. i booked excursions at the on-site office, and a daily shuttle bus took me to the market.

some drinks at the aquapark were not included.

limited booze restaurant service

I stayed for four nights. The all-inclusive deal, wasn't all inclusive, you see. They charged extra for some things, like decent booze. the service? Hit or miss, really! Especially at the restaurant, it was hard to get a drink refill.

i found the rooms spacious. they were also comfortable. the garden was beautiful and well kept. it made for a relaxing stroll.

i found some issues. the food was repetitive. it was often cold. flies were everywhere at lunch and snack times.

fantastic experience!

amazing slides cute staff

i enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness. the aquapark had amazing slides for kids. the spacious rooms were a plus, and it was very convenient for our family, i liked that the food was plentiful, with many options available at the buffet. i found the staff very cute.

i did notice that the adult pool was sometimes too busy. finding a sunbed was occasionally difficult, especially during peak hours.

aquapark mix food variety

i found the food offered at breakfast, lunch, and dinner very varied. i appreciated the live music during dinner. we also enjoyed the mix of the pool and aquapark.

this was inconvenient as i wanted to maintain my workout routine.

underwhelming stay despite some positives

sweet cocktails standing staff

The food was a letdown. it seemed like i was at a canteen, not a 5-star hotel. the cocktails at the bar tasted nothing like what i expected. They were too sweet. also, i noticed many staff members just standing around, even though they weren't busy. it.
