fantastic experience!

amazing slidescute staffbusy pool

i enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness. the aquapark had amazing slides for kids. the spacious rooms were a plus, and it was very convenient for our family, i liked that the food was plentiful, with many options available at the buffet. i found the staff very cute.

i did notice that the adult pool was sometimes too busy. finding a sunbed was occasionally difficult, especially during peak hours.

the team was attentive and proactive, especially at breakfast. several staff members remembered our preferences. they quickly addressed minor requests, showing real commitment to guest satisfaction, and i am really grateful for that.

i found the food offered at breakfast, lunch, and dinner very varied. i appreciated the live music during dinner. we also enjoyed the mix of the pool and aquapark.

this was inconvenient as i wanted to maintain my workout routine.

the reception front desk were very helpful. they offered complimentary tea on arrival and the luggage team brought me to my room! the restaurant and bar staff are attentive.

The food was a letdown. it seemed like i was at a canteen, not a 5-star hotel. the cocktails at the bar tasted nothing like what i expected. They were too sweet. also, i noticed many staff members just standing around, even though they weren't busy. it.
