fantastic family stay

helpful staff animation team special holiday

the staff were friendly and helpful. the animation team was great, especially amine, anas, and yassine. their energy and kindness made our holiday special.

the air conditioning in the room did not work well, despite reporting it to reception. it blew non-cold air at a low speed, made the room uncomfortable. this issue was never resolved during our five-night stay.

i appreciated the quick check-in and friendly service, especially the attentive staff at the pool bar. the private beach access was very convenient, great for easy trips to the shore. i also liked the location, near several restaurants.

the wifi was sometimes unreliable.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it featured a wide variety of choices that suited all tastes. the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. the hotel's proximity to the beach was a huge plus, offering easy access for daily relaxation. the suite ambassador sea view provided amazing panoramic views.

the wifi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the hotel.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel features a large pool with many sun beds and shades. A pool bar is conveniently located nearby (it's great for quick refreshments!). A private beach is directly accessible from the hotel, providing easy access to the sea. The hotel is situated close to several restaurants (perfect for exploring local cuisine).

The plumbing made loud noises every 10 seconds. I had to sleep with headphones on. It was quite bothersome.

I appreciated the hotel's prime beachfront location! Access to the beach was easy, and the pool area was well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They met all my needs efficiently. I also enjoyed the live music at the cocktail bar every evening.

The food became a little repetitive after one week. More variety would have been a plus.
