The hotel's location was excellent, offering convenient access to local attractions. I found the room service attentive, promptly addressing my requests. The on-site restaurant had a great selection. I especially liked the Moroccan tagine. The terrace provided amazing sunset views.

mixed feelings about this stay

poor wifi signal outdated furniture

The location was acceptable. It was close to some shops.

the wifi situation was a joke. i had trouble getting a signal in my room, even after complaining to reception (they didn't seem to care much). also, the furniture in the room felt outdated (looked like it hadn't been updated in years).

excellent location and friendly staff

lovely facilities friendly staff excellent breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. the facilities were lovely and the staff was friendly! it was close to the bus station, beach and petite tourist train. i had a lovely room. The breakfast food was excellent. a queue formed for the omelettes but they were worth the wait.

The dining experience was a little disappointing. Juices were heavily diluted with water. the moroccan tea was not properly prepared. Traditional items and croissants were dry and stale. nothing tasted fresh. the swimming pool looked large in photos, but in reality, it was tiny.

impeccably clean daily styling

i stayed for a week and laila from room service was really good. she ensured my room was impeccably clean and organized. she styled the room differently each day. her attention to detail added a good surprise to my stay.
