the animation team engaged everyone, trying to get people involved, i guess it met my expectations.

I found cockroaches in my room, and that ruined the experience. It's not something i expected, and it made me uncomfortable. I saw them in the room at night.

late disco repetitive shows

the entertainment was not great i thought the music selection was strange it did not really have a holiday theme. the kids' disco was too late for younger children. also the shows rotated weekly so repeats occurred for longer stays that was disappointing.

fun challenge water slides reasonable price

i enjoyed that activities were scheduled throughout the day. the high ropes course provided a fun challenge for all ages. our family loved spending time at both the pools and water slides at a reasonable price.

the paper cups used at the bar felt a bit wasteful, though the service was always quick.

the reception staff was cute and quite helpful! the housekeepers maintained our room, replenishing towels and tea and coffee daily.

The main restaurant had a wide variety of food choices with themed dinners each evening! pizza and chips were available daily. I liked that this option existed. the staff kept the dining area clean and were efficient in clearing tables.

the hotel offered several pools suitable for families with children! there was a mini disco for kids and various entertainment shows each night. the well-kept toilets kept the communal spaces clean
