The buffet breakfasts offered a good variety of food that tasted okay.

The pools felt way too cold, so my children did not even want to go in them. The bar by the pool was subpar. It lacked menus and the cocktails tasted awful, especially considering the high price. the hotel seemed to lack any real atmosphere.

great sea views great size pools spotty wifi difficult information

the hotel had great sea views and was right on the beach. the pool sizes were also good for swimming.

Information was hard to get. I needed to use an app. the wifi was spotty (i mean, for a self-proclaimed 5-star place!), so it was difficult to find out key things about the hotel.

Our room had a separate dressing area, very convenient. I found the bed to be quite comfy .

The housekeeping missed refilling our water bottle one day. We were also short one face cloth, a minor inconvenience. Getting these issues fixed required contacting reception.
