a very grateful stay

the staff were friendly and helpful from check in i found their service to be of high standard i also appreciated how clean the hotel was the cleaning staff worked tirelessly ensuring everything was super clean my room was spacious and provided ample space for relaxation
i found the air conditioning in my room to be somewhat inconsistent in its performance it worked well some days however it wasn't as effective on others this fluctuation affected my comfort slightly

the hotel has three pools i saw two larger ones and a smaller one in the middle between the two it also offers a baby pool for families with infants i noted one of the larger pools uses saltwater for a different swimming experience.

the hotel had plenty of food choices at breakfast lunch and dinner the snack bar offered service throughout the day i appreciated the grilled meats and fish i saw available on most days with salads and bread always on offer.

i enjoyed having a large queen size bed i noticed a spacious sliding door wardrobe the bathroom was a good size it also featured a walk in shower i thought the living space provided an extra single bed with a double pull out sofa bed.

I found several areas needing attention. The evening meals lacked variety (they were repetitive). I noticed chipped cups in the restaurant at breakfast. These points detracted from the overall experience and should be addressed to improve guest satisfaction.

the hotel had a great location RIGHT on the beach. i appreciated the cycle path between the beach and hotel. it offered convenient bike rentals. the pools were also great and provided daily activities like aqua gym and water polo.
On our first night, we found ants all over the headboard and wardrobe. Bug spray barely helped. the bedding was rarely changed and the cleanliness was poor. the pool was also FREEZING.
