The location is convenient to the marina area. It was acceptable.

The lack of privacy in the bathroom was a problem. The frosted glass doors did not fully enclose the toilet area. I found this design impractical. The room lacked tea and coffee facilities, a deficiency for a hotel of this supposed caliber. There were also no English news channels available on the television.

the sustainable cleaning program was deceptive. i opted out of daily cleaning expecting a credit, but i did not receive it. staff referenced a commitment piece of paper i never saw.

The hotel location was acceptable because it had easy access to local attractions.

The open-plan bathroom was ridiculous. Frosted glass offered little privacy. The thin walls meant I could hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms. Drunken arguments woke me up most nights. Staff interaction was MINIMAL, too. They seemed cold and distant, not ideal.

The lobby felt cute. the pool areas were spacious and well-kept. breakfast offered a great choice of food. It was enjoyable.
