worn furniture dirty floor

i wasn't happy with our room its furniture looked outdated and worn. the bathroom door had been cut off at the bottom, probably due to water damage and they didn't bother to replace it. the floor wasn't properly cleaned . these details impacted the overall feel of the place, it was like corners were cut.

easy access convenient location dated decor shower setup

the location was acceptable as it allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. this convenience was appreciated.

the room decor seemed quite dated. the ensuite, while functional, would have been better with a walk-in shower rather than a bath and shower setup. i had specifically requested a walk-in shower, but it was not provided.

spacious room reliable wifi great shower

i found the family rooms quite spacious with two sinks. the shower in the bathroom was great , and there was a double bedroom. A wooden partition separated it from two single beds, a sofa, and a tv. i found the wifi reliable both in my room and around the pool area.

i noticed the decor is a bit DATED , but it was fine for my stay.

the staff was friendly and cute , and they provided good service throughout my stay. the reception staff was particularly helpful , especially jose , who remembered me from previous visits. their courteous attitude enhanced my overall experience.

the location was acceptable, close to the airport.

I found some staff members rude and unhelpful, especially cleaners. my daughter was bored. She was too young for adult entertainment but too old for the kids' club. the food seemed like mostly chips and salad.

amazing stay!

fantastic activities heated pool animation team best installations

the animation team, especially conall, carlos, and tyler, were really good! they organized many fantastic activities for everyone. the installations were some of the best i have ever seen. the outdoor swimming pool was heated and such a bonus.

The gym was small. It only had one of each machine.

the hotel overlooks the beach, providing excellent views. it is close to everything, made exploring simple. a short walk along the front takes you to many restaurants and shops. the hotel is centrally located.
