the location was acceptable, close to the airport.

I found some staff members rude and unhelpful, especially cleaners. my daughter was bored. She was too young for adult entertainment but too old for the kids' club. the food seemed like mostly chips and salad.

fantastic activitiesheated poolanimation teambest installations

the animation team, especially conall, carlos, and tyler, were really good! they organized many fantastic activities for everyone. the installations were some of the best i have ever seen. the outdoor swimming pool was heated and such a bonus.

The gym was small. It only had one of each machine.

the hotel overlooks the beach, providing excellent views. it is close to everything, made exploring simple. a short walk along the front takes you to many restaurants and shops. the hotel is centrally located.
