central location plentiful food helpful staff clean staff
The hotel is central, with plenty of restaurants and bars near the beach. i booked a junior suite, and the room met my needs. I did a lot of walking around the area. the food offered at the hotel had plentiful options. the staff were helpful and always cleaning, a feature i especially appreciate.
the air conditioning system needs an upgrade, it was sweltering a few nights. the bathroom door was slightly damaged.

the hotel is near the beach. there are many restaurants and shops nearby. it's convenient for exploring the area without needing transportation.

the hotel features show cooking areas, one has english bacon. there is plentiful food with varied options. the main restaurant and premium bar offered several choices.

the staff were friendly and helpful. reception staff were cute. i had a problem and they dealt with it immediately. there was always someone available to assist.

the pool area offers plenty of sunbeds . a second quiet pool is available for relaxation. the hotel grounds appear maintained. the main pool is near a lively bar.

Apartments have a lovely outlook with pool views. the room featured a balcony that allowed for views. towels were changed daily. The rooms were clean. a spacious suite upgrade was given at check-in.

spacious room lovely view good food faulty sockets terrible cuisine terrible wine
The room was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. It had a kitchenette with basic supplies. the pool areas had many sunbeds. everything was clean. the buffet restaurant offered a good variety of food.
There were no english channels on the tv, and the internet did not connect to it. the sockets were faulty. the oriental cuisine was an abomination. Fruit flies poured into my drink from the wine. the wine was horrible

small stage lukewarm burgers
i found a couple of things a bit disappointing . the evening entertainment wasn't great , really. the stage area was small and some of the acts weren't very good. also , i was hoping for a bit more variety in the snack bar. lukewarm burgers were common , and it just didn't feel very four-star.

Excellent hotel experience
friendly service food selection
The staff provided friendly service. The food selection was great with a lot of variety. The drinks were very good. The location is convenient. The beach and many shops are close by. It is perfect for walks in the evening.
The adult entertainment in Galeon bar could be longer and improved. It should offer a more engaging experience. I think some adult guests would appreciate more variety.

The hotel is across the road from a beautiful beach. Plenty of shops are within walking distance. There is also a local bus stop outside the hotel. This made exploring easy.

The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and tidy environment. My room was spacious. It included a large balcony. This gave me ample space to relax and unwind.

The breakfast choice was lovely. It offered a great selection. I dined on the covered terrace, because that was more relaxing than the dining room. The hotel food was enjoyable!

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks
beach proximity walking distance food quality dated room uncomfortable bed cockroach issue
The hotel is close to the beach. Numerous shops are within walking distance. Local transportation is accessible since the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The provided food had good quality with plenty of choice.
The room I stayed in seemed dated and needed a deep clean. The beds were uncomfortable. cockroaches were seen in the dining room.

fresh towels main pool quiet pool
The apartment was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided! the main pool had loads of sunbeds. it's a great idea one pool is designated quiet. The other is for families with music.
the evening entertainment was pretty poor and there was a guy playing saxophone to a prerecorded backing track!

Amazing Stay!
spacious room excellent food great location
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The food and drinks were AMAZING!!! There was plenty of choice. The location was great as bars, restaurants, and the beach were a short walk away. It was a fabulous time.
I found some of the pool bar staff to be unfriendly.

The food included a great choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The covered terrace provided a more relaxing alternative to the main dining room. I dined at the Italian restaurant one evening. It was enjoyable.

The hotel grounds and pool were beautifully maintained. These were possibly the nicest gardens I have seen in a hotel. The hotel had a great location near the beach and plenty of nice bars. The airport transfer was short.

The suite included a decor that I found perfect, and the size of the rooms and terrace suited my needs. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. I could have used a mirror in each bedroom.
