i appreciated the daily room cleaning and the fresh towels. the food offered a good variety of options. the different pool areas provided ample space for relaxation. the staff were always available and quick to resolve an issue with the safe. i found the staff pleasant and helpful.
the safe had a daily charge for its use!

the grounds include a tennis court and a beach volleyball court. the hotel provides direct access to a walkway leading along the bay. the supermarket in the shopping center is about five minutes walking distance.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist. the food was amazing!!! the selection of meat, seafood, and fresh fruit was amazing. the gardens, complete with ponds and waterfalls, provided a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere.
the gym could use a little tlc, but it didn't impact my stay much.

The pools were super clean and spacious. the hotel features a massive 55" tv in the room and provides tea and coffee. air-conditioning worked very well. It maintained a consistent, cool temperature in the room.

my experience was fantastic. the hotel is near a shopping center and the beach. the entertainment team included vanessa, cynthia, rudy, dani, shannon, niki, and aitor. they organized activities like archery, football, and darts. i appreciated the quiet area away from the pool music. all inclusive package included great drinks and a varied daily menu with an a la carte voucher.
The gym equipment looked somewhat outdated. This small detail didn't significantly affect my stay.

i loved the lounging area near the reception area. i found many comfy sofas. the rooms have comfort. they cleaned it every day. i also enjoyed the big swimming pool. the gym is awesome too. so many sunbeds always available.

The lobby was airy and cute with a glass of fizz. My room was on the sixth floor and provided a fine sea view. The bathroom included a dual rainfall walk-in shower and a powerful mounted hairdryer. The hotel offered well-prepared food including vegetarian options (there were also two other restaurants).
The music by the pool was loud at times.
