My room had small issue with cleanliness upon arrival. The floor in bathroom was not properly cleaned, some hairs, and it took a call to reception for them to address it. I consider this unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

the staff were friendly. the pool area was beautiful. rooms were super clean. rooms included a kettle. i found the beds very comfortable and slept soundly. cleaners respected the "do not disturb" sign. it was close to the beach and bars.

the hotel is positioned along the sea front. you can walk for miles in either direction. the walk is predominantly flat. there are tourist shops and plenty of coffee shops nearby, which i visited.
