The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality.

The bar area seemed small for the number of guests. It was difficult to find cushioned seats. Guests were playing 'hunt the cushion'.

i had a ground floor junior suite. the planting outside offered more privacy. the evening meal included loads of choice. i arranged a swap to lunch at the pool bar.

The hotel has four pools at various levels and spacious terraces for sunbathing. I enjoyed that my room had two sunbeds on the balcony. The restaurant organization was good, and I liked the outdoor seating area. They provide a courtesy room for showering before an evening flight.

Some people are starting to reserve sunbeds early. I hope the hotel addresses this issue by removing towels from unattended loungers.

The staff are friendly and cute, they maintain an high standard of cleanliness. I found that the hotel room was cleaned daily. Staff members make every effort to ensure guests have everything needed with a friendly demeanor.

airport transfers superb meal

the crown service included airport transfers in a mercedes s class it also provided vip lounge access at lanzarote airport on our return the staff seemed carefully recruited they were very well trained and happy too. restaurant food was excellent we found ourselves spoilt for choice at every meal.

the gym had some broken equipment some yoga mats looked very worn
