cold main pool basic aqua class

I felt quite let down. the main pool was just too cold. I only saw one person brave enough to use it. the smaller, heated pool was perpetually shaded, which wasn't much better. the aqua class was quite basic. It didn't really offer much of a workout.

special touch considerable choice painting activity

I found the staff to be very attentive. A special touch was the welcome glass of bubbly. The breakfast included a considerable choice of foods to start the day right. I enjoyed the painting activity and learned quite a bit from the instructor. Wine was a bonus.

spacious suite furnished balcony open bar afternoon tea

The club volcano section is special and exclusive. my suite was spacious, offering two furnished balconies and convenient walk-in wardrobes. i also appreciated the large lounge and dining area, alongside a luxurious super king size bedroom. the afternoon tea was a welcome treat, and the open bar before dinner each evening was a plus.

the absence of extended spa hours and a richer entertainment lineup at the hotel was slightly disappointing. the nighttime shows were infrequent and rather brief.

the rooms had a traditional decor with modern touches a huge bed and a balcony overlooking the club sun deck and the sea the cleanliness was noticeable as was the well maintained condition of all spaces. the rooms offer great storage space a refrigerator and tea and coffee facilities.

the staff consistently displayed a friendly attitude they always seemed happy to help. the breakfast service in the club area stood out and it felt very personalized. i also valued that the staff remembered my wife's dietary requirements relating to gluten.

The hotel location was great for us. It was next to the marina. The restaurants there had plenty of choices.

I was disappointed by the room decor. It looked a little tired. The bathroom needed updating. the towels felt quite rough. They needed replacing a while ago.

spacious room vast choice usb sockets ironing board

the room was spacious and clean. its decor was also well done. the shower and bathroom had a good size. the staff were helpful and polite. the breakfast had a vast choice.

on arrival, i was not offered a glass of bubbly. rooms had no usb sockets. i requested an ironing board twice, and it seemed difficult to get one. i moved rooms on the last night due to noise issues.
