Absolutely AMAZING Experience!
friendly staff clean room buffet variety excellent architecture
The food was AMAZING!!! I especially loved the variety at the buffet. The hotel architecture is excellent. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was cleaned daily. It was Super clean.
The gym could use a few more updated machines, but it was still functional.

Our room included comfortable beds. The bathroom had two separate sinks. The air conditioning worked perfectly, a MUST for the hot weather.

The breakfast service was superb with fresh options. The staff members at the restaurants were always attentive and very quick. Special thanks to the concierge team that helped with all our bookings!

The hotel has direct beach access and its central location is superb. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Taxis are readily available just outside the hotel entrance.

Not quite 5-star experience
cold meal limited choice
This hotel definitely has some issues. The buffet experience was not good at all. I got my daily steps in while circling the counters, but never had a hot meal. It was mostly cold or lukewarm at best. there was limited choice and long wait to replenish items. The food was labelled with insufficient detail like "fish" or "meat". I found lunch worse than breakfast. This all.

i found the pool unheated. it was too cold for a swim. it made it hard to enjoy the pool area.

amazing cocktail green color warm greeting
Jonathan made great cocktails , and his Pina Colada was amazing. The cocktail was a surprising green color. Salvador, the manager, greeted everyone warmly.
The paths surrounding the pool were a little uneven.
