El Jablillo Restaurant offers a buffet with national and international cuisine and show cooking. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Themed dinners featuring Canarian, Spanish, Italian, Mexican, and BBQ cuisines are offered three times a week. A-la-carte dining is available once per week for guests in Superior Sea View rooms, Junior Suites, and Suites with a minimum 7-night stay. Hot snacks are available from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM (summer) or 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM (winter). Drinks are served at the table. Pool Bar Estrella serves drinks and cold snacks from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Lobby Bar Alisios is open from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
