the room had a view over the pool and sea it was very good. the staff were cute and helpful to a great extent. breakfast and the evening meal offered a great choice of food.
my room lacked ac i was not informed on arrival. i had no slippers available even after highlighting this with tui. every day people reserved sunbeds though it was not permitted.

friendly staffquick taxiperfect location
I found the staff especially friendly, polite, and helpful. they really went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. ordering a taxi at reception was both easy and quick. Plus, it was quite inexpensive. the location was perfect for accessing local restaurants and walking to nearby bars and beaches.
the sunbeds were a bit uncomfortable. i needed a cushion for back support where a gap existed on each bed.

Maite, katriona, and andreu provided very efficient and friendly service. They are very helpful. this team worked hard to meet every need of the guests and answered every question effectively. they contributed significantly to a relaxing experience.

The location offered excellent access to the sea and surrounding amenities. it was a great choice for peaceful sea front walks either way out of the hotel. It was also near shops. access to the main harbour was easy!

really good hotel experience
lovely roompool viewcute staffslippery floor
i had a lovely room with a view of the pool and sea. the staff welcomed me warmly and helped with anything needed. breakfast had a great selection of food and so did the evening meals it all tasted amazing.
i found that the foyer marble floors were like an ice rink when wet. i nearly fell when my crutch skidded on the floor. luckily my husband was able to stop me from a bad fall i think the hotel should consider this.

I enjoyed the wide variety of food at breakfast and dinner. The dining room was spacious and the drinks service proved efficient. There were always plenty of sunbeds available. I found this very convenient. The pool area had a peaceful atmosphere. I liked that a lot.
The hotel is located a little way out of the main resort.

The staff provided really good care and attentiveness. They were very helpful! at reception, during meals, and at the bar. Cleaners maintained high standards of cleanliness. They kept all areas super clean. I was very impressed.

The hotel had convenient access to the sea, and there were nice walks from the back gate. I enjoyed walking to the town center, also the lighthouse. The prom was lovely. It made the walks enjoyable.

My room faced a wall. It had a side sea view. I suggest they make sure of their view! The room contained all expected amenities. It was spacious, super clean, and well-stocked.
