fun kids club animation team members great evening shows mini-disco

I stayed for several nights with my family and we all enjoyed it. the kids club was very fun. animation team members were delivering events throughout each day. the evening shows were great. There was mini-disco plus musical shows.

during my stay the main pool water felt somewhat cold. i did see maintenance doing inspections regularly.

mixed experience at family-oriented suites

inconsistent food dated furniture

i found the restaurant to be quite chaotic. there were a lot of children and the noise levels made it difficult to enjoy meals. the food quality was inconsistent, some dishes were bland and not very appealing.. i also noticed that the rooms felt a bit dated. the furniture showed wear and tear, giving the room an overall tired appearance.

the hotel is clean the staff ensures rooms are clean daily the shared areas like the pool and outside bar area are also kept clean the pool receives daily cleaning i appreciated the friendly staff who greeted my daughter at meal times i found it thoughtful the hotel provides pool towels and a travel cot with bedding for babies the bar offered many drink options for taking away in the evening.

i noticed the lack of lifts reaching suites on different floors individuals with mobility issues should request ground floor accommodation i hope this gets addressed soon for better accessibility

i stayed in a family suite and it was spotlessly clean. the restaurant and pool bar have a great variety of food , with something to suit everyone. the staff were helpful , especially antonio who recommended some lovely wines.

the hotel was aimed towards young families , however the room we were given was located on the first floor with NO lift.

the pool bar is really great. the bar staff worked hard and were efficient. the drinks were lovely with great cocktails! the staff in the restaurant were also very cute. the rooms were cleaned well and the staff were friendly.

more meat and fish without sauce would be nice though,.
