The towels smelled AWFUL. I told the front desk, and they swapped them, but the new ones smelled just as bad. Those are at a nearby water park!!! This hotel offers free transportation to the park, but you must pay for admission. I think that's misleading.

The animation team welcomed my family upon arrival. I appreciated that they invited us to activities and treated us like friends. I felt grateful to get to know them and be part of their family. The entertainment staff are friendly and nice.
I noticed the sunbeds could benefit from a thorough cleaning. There was no opportunity for late checkouts on the rooms.
