the room was a good size. it included a large bathroom. there was a good selection of food daily and something for everyone's taste. the upgrade to royal elite is worth it for couples because of its exclusive areas.

i had to show loads of confirmation, take screenshots, and email them over on arrival. the crazy golf does need attention, it's looking very sorry for itself. there does seem to be a fair few broken tiles outside and some are raised.

I found the location excellent. A path runs along the coast to the marina. A beautiful beach sits over the hills by the hotel. The staff cleaned the room daily. Sea views were lovely. I appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the hotel and the quiet, laid-back atmosphere.

The outdoor jacuzzi was cool. It was not hot as a jacuzzi should be.

The staff worked hard to be so helpful. The service team were all attentive to holiday makers. I did notice staff were friendly even when people didn't join in activities. The reception team was always very kind.

The location IS excellent! a lovely path runs along the coast to the marina. Over the hills next to the hotel IS a beautiful cove. The room WAS nice and cleaned daily! with sea views.

The pools were nice BUT cool.

the fusion mexican restaurant provided an excellent dinner. i really appreciated the location with easy access to papagayo beaches. the evening shows at the theatre were of top quality. i found them professional and entertaining. a beach near the hotel was convenient.

during my stay, the sunbed situation was a bit challenging. i noticed many sunbeds were reserved early but remained unoccupied for extended periods. it made finding available loungers difficult. this was definitely an inconvenience.

The hotel is close to the coast, with a path leading to the marina. the papagayo beaches are also nearby. I could easily walk to the marina. the location allowed for easy access to scenic areas.

amazing stay at this gem!

I loved every minute! the animation team rocked with games and competitions for all ages. Ramy, paula, rauls, and ozi were fantastic (i can't thank them enough!). the hotel staff helped us book the mexican and asian restaurants upon arrival and were really helpful. the buffet was very nice, so much choice and delicious food every night. i celebrated my husband's birthday with the team, with cake and champagne.
