The check-in process was quick! The staff provided cava upon arrival. I enjoyed access to a shower room before my late flight home. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The piano bar was great. Staff in the restaurants were efficient and polite.

The baby club was not clean . The baby walkers had dirt around the buttons. Toys had grime. The ball pit was dirty.
