an absolute triumph!
amazing foodenergetic stafflovely musicincluded mini bar
i booked a star prestige room and it was totally worth it! the separate restaurant had amazing food options like lobster and sushi, the staff, including esther, were so energetic with sangria making, and the evening music was lovely. the mini bar was included with all items and i enjoyed lunch at the mirador snack bar! the staff provided blankets if i needed them.

The star prestige restaurant had superb food choices like lobster, steaks, and fresh sushi. The staff were also very attentive to dining needs, and i happily went between two restaurants!

The room had ample pool towels, beach bag, dressing gowns, slippers, and an espresso machine. It also featured a huge shower with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, so i never had to leave!

This hotel was a total win for our family! our twin room side sea view gave us lovely views, even if it wasn't fully facing the water. the staff were so attentive. the pools were lively and heated perfectly for a comfortable swim!
the evening entertainment could be a little loud at times. it was noticeable from our room, though it didn't completely ruin the peaceful nights.

The hotel features excellent facilities. I enjoyed the super clean, large room. Every staff member were friendly. They are also very polite. The hotel offers a very cute atmosphere. I liked the Star Prestige restaurant. It had even more food options.
I noticed a drain pipe with water. It drains from balconies above. The area was perpetually wet.

My junior suite featured everything needed. The mini bar was replenished daily. It also included coffee and tea facilities. The hotel provides pool towels, replaced whenever required. Extra touches include an iron and board.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

The room had double sinks and a free minibar. It was restocked every day. The hotel offers a free cocktail daily. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and helpful. The hotel kept a very clean environment. Cleaners were constantly working. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the Star Prestige restaurant. I could bring food from the main restaurant. The hotel is right on the seafront. I enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. I was able to do so from the outdoor bar. I also enjoyed it from my balcony.
I found some areas in the room showed wear. There were some chips on the door. I also noted a few knocks around the room.

the hotel staff worked hard. the cleaning was excellent and the food was beautifully prepared. the seafood options were amazing. room 3116 had superb sea and pool views. evening entertainment from the pool bar could be heard from the balcony.
the air conditioning was terrible. the room was hot and the aircon would switch off at night. the double bed was actually two singles pushed together. these beds separated and were noisy! the doors were wide open at the kids club and children could walk out.
