the staff were friendly and helpful (.). the breakfast selection was amazing, with many choices to start the day right. i loved how clean and well-kept the facilities were. the location was perfect, near to the beach, made everything super convenient.

I noticed the hallway could use a bit more lighting. It felt a little dim at times.

The restaurant staff impressed me. Mohammed was particularly helpful. He seemed always ready to assist. The location was advantageous, near many places. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, important.

The check-in process felt slow and somewhat disorganised. The QR code to open the room expired quickly, requiring constant contact with reception. Parking spaces were consistently full, and I heard about the need to tip the guard to find a spot.

I found the service to be quite attentive. The restaurant staff, especially the manager Mohamed, ensured all requests were handled promptly, and greeted us with a smile upon arrival and departure. The food was excellent. The chef even offered to customize meals based on dietary needs.
