I found the staff very accommodating . The entertainment team offered fun activities both during the day and with evening shows. The food presented a good variety, with a different theme each night, which i enjoyed.

The cups were not always clean and sometimes had lipstick marks. I often checked before requesting another glass.. this should be better supervised.

repetitive food raw chicken

honestly, i find the food quite repetitive. clean tables and cutlery was like a premium, specially when you are british, really? i saw raw chicken at the buffet, i am glad i caught that before eating it.

I appreciated the animation team's energy. They organized many activities and shows.. everyone was entertained. The bar offered a good selection of drinks and skilled bartenders made refreshing cocktails. The rooms were very super clean and cozy.
