the hotel offered a convenient free shuttle service into the city center twice daily. i found the on-site supermarket (carrefour) about a mile away very useful for any necessities (it saved me some money). the gardens were well kept. i appreciated the variety of birds around the olive trees.
i found that the adult pool area wasn't cleaned daily, a bit of a letdown.

we arrived and found a suite with a wonderful balcony after they didn't have our original room. finding a sun bed was always easy, the pools were not crowded at all. i appreciated the drinks bar being open until 11pm. i also enjoyed the fresh fruit at meal times.
the chairs in the restaurant were dirty and clearly had not been sanitised in a while. grime was visible on the back of most chairs. tables were not cleaned correctly, and staff were slow to clean when busy, so dining was affected.

the hotel offered a fantastic range of activities for everyone. it had five outdoor pools and a lively waterpark with four thrilling slides. the all-inclusive buffet was really good , with made-to-order omelettes, pizzas, and a snack bar in the afternoon. there was also a very good selection of drinks and cocktails available.
i found that the same utensils were used when preparing vegetarian pasta , which might be a concern if you have allergies.
