The building has a beautiful design and is in a GREAT location near both the old and new city areas. The room was very very comfy and tidy. The poolside was nice and the gym and spa were relaxing and quiet. Room supplies were refreshed daily. I have ALREADY re-booked for New Year's Eve!!!

I wish there had been a wider selection of English TV channels.

I appreciated the clean as new condition everywhere. It was super clean. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good sunny space. The rooftop facilities were EXCELLENT, including the pool and bar. There was plenty of lounging space in both sun and shade, available if you booked a junior suite or above. The staff were helpful and kind, especially the concierge team.

The location was not as central as I expected, though buses were readily available.

The breakfast buffet included a varied selection of items. It had six stations with eggs and omelets prepared to order. I found the service attentive and pleasant and it was not intrusive. Cava was offered during breakfast.

The setting is park-like because it is a well kept park! I noted the African Blue Tit, the chiffchaff, Blackcap, Wagtail, Hoopoe, both parakeets, and all the other usual suspects in my walks. It is good for birders.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing everywhere in the hotel! Lots of goodwill and good training is self evident. The staff at night turned down the bed and dropped off chocolate it was sweet.

i enjoyed a surprise complimentary room upgrade upon arrival! also, i found a bottle of champagne plus a cake in my room. the service felt thoughtful and personal! the room was spacious and impeccably clean with a huge balcony! it overlooked the hotel's beautiful gardens, i could relax and soak up the surroundings.

i noticed a slight delay when ordering drinks from the app one time.
