generally good, but some minor issues
good location nice pool area clean room noisy ac replenishment issue cooker malfunction
the location was good near the marina. the beach and restaurants were only a few minutes walk. the hotel was immaculate from the reception to the rooms. the pool area was nice too.
our room was okay but not replenished with coffee. the ac. the cooker was hard to function and kept turning off. i don't think the hotel caters for disabled guests very well.

inadequate pressure worn upholstery
The breakfast offered a good variety of choices I found something suitable each morning
The shower head in my suite was calcified water pressure was therefore inadequate. I also noted some wear and tear on the furniture upholstery needed attention. Maintenance should address these issues .

wonderful stay amazing views well-equipped kitchen
i enjoyed a wonderful stay. the suite offered AMAZING views of the harbor. the large bedroom provided ample space. the open-plan kitchen was well-equipped.
The balcony lights were not controllable. This was mildly inconvenient.

the staff provided prompt service at check-in. requests were handled efficiently by the reception team. the cleaning staff maintained high cleanliness. standards throughout the hotel .

excellent view rainfall shower fresh fruit
My recently refurbished Beautiful Suite Sea View offered excellent marina views. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast featured fresh fruit, including papaya, fresh honey, walnuts, and yogurt.
Some reception staff did not glance up when guests entered the hotel lobby.

Fantastic Hotel Stay
comfortable bed spacious bathroom well-equipped kitchen
The room had a large comfortable bed. A spacious bathroom with modern fixtures was available. The open-plan living area included a well-equipped kitchen. A huge potted plant decorated the fantastic-sized balcony.
The pool was quite crowded, and it was difficult to find available sunbeds at times.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. Cleaners maintained the hotel well. They ensured the entire place looked tidy and super clean. The cleaners do a GREAT job, so the hotel always looks nice.

The hotel is well-positioned for access to restaurants. Several bars are nearby. We enjoyed visiting NUBE restaurant. Wig Wam bar was a favorite spot for drinks and sports, and the hotel is very well situated.

An infinity pool is gorgeous and offers many sunbeds. The adult-only zone had hedges between loungers. Balinese beds gave everyone a feeling of privacy. Two jacuzzis were available in the adults-only area.
