The food was decent I found enough to eat each day. There was a good variety at each meal.
The elevators were often out of service. This made getting around the large hotel difficult especially with many stairs to navigate I found this frustrating.

The complimentary shuttle made beach access easy. It included an all-inclusive bar where drinks and food were available. The views from our room were fine.. I could see the ocean and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Hotel Experience

I enjoyed the consistently fresh and varied food options. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the beach, it made access convenient. I found the entertainment lively. The animation team did a great job. My room was cleaned daily. I appreciated the fresh towels.
The multiple elevators required to reach the room were sometimes slow, and this was inconvenient.

The hotel has beautiful ocean views with awesome sunsets. It is built into the side of a mountain. It gives the hotel fine vistas. The free shuttle made the charming beach very accessible from the hotel.

The food selection was very varied I appreciated the self-serve drinks on tap. The views from the restaurant were very nice I also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach with inclusive drinks and food.
The lifts could be difficult to navigate at times.

The hotel is located on a steep hill. Walking can be challenging for some.
