Really good stay!

clean room attentive staff fantastic pools

i enjoyed my time at this hotel. the room was clean, a detail that impressed me greatly. staff members were attentive and always willing to help.

i found the evening entertainment started too late. this made it difficult to enjoy fully, especially when planning early excursions.

The hotel has an excellent location, near many local attractions. It is easy to explore surrounding areas. maspalomas sand dunes are within walking distance. the area offers nice restaurants if you wish to dine out.

the staff were friendly and provided great service! check-in was smooth, and any queries were handled efficiently. i particularly remember Tom at reception, he provided a wonderful welcome. Paul also handled our query efficiently.

the room was spacious and very clean. the cleaning staff ensured the room was super clean and well maintained. i had a beautiful room in the adult area on the fifth floor. it offered a beautiful garden view.

A dream unfold

kind staff lively entertainment vibrant flower colourful entrance

The reception staffs was so kind, especially Alberto. The animation team provided a lively entertainment program. I found vibrant flowers around the area. Cleaning staffs took such good care of our rooms. This hotel makes every moment better. The entrance is colourful and very cute.

The poolside music was sometimes loud.

The family room had ample space. The room was neat, with daily service. We have benefit a balcony where kids were happy. The room decorations enhanced every beautiful moment. I found USB plugs next to the bed to use.

The service staffs showed genuine kindness. They are quick to fulfil our requests. The waiters made all the kids happy. Staff worked hard, always maintained a joyful smile. This service makes every day better.
