fantastic experience at the resort

clean gym multiple pools helpful staff

the hotel featured multiple pools which were great. i found the gym spacious and clean. our room included a balcony. the staff helped with requests quickly.

The breakfast area seemed a bit overcrowded. It took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee.

great HOTEL overall

good food lovely room convenient access

I enjoyed my stay, the food was good at breakfast. the room was lovely. It included a spacious layout and a modern bathroom. the access to both the pool and promenade was convenient, especially with wheelchair or scooter accessibility. this made getting around the facilities very easy for everyone.

the spa was not accessible, unfortunate. it would have been great to enjoy the spa facilities.

poor quality towels morning noise

the rooms were spacious. lots of sun loungers were available and the pool area was nice. it met my expectations.

The towels in the bathroom were small, not of great quality. They barely covered the necessary areas. i had to request bath robes. i expected those to be in the room as standard. there was quite a bit of noise in the mornings. one could hear neighbors coughing and showering, and the doors required banging to be closed.

I was grateful for the magical welcome I received upon arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The hotel kept the spacious room beautifully. I was pleased with the comfortable sofa, chair, and huge bed.

I found a lack of fresh milk in the room a bit inconvenient. It was a bit of a walk to get it from a supermarket. As a tea drinker, it would be convenient if it were available in the hotel shop.

Really good Stay, A Truly Nice Experience

lovely pools spacious terrace excellent variety

The grounds featured six lovely pools, offering diverse options for relaxation. My room was large, and it included a spacious terrace. I particularly enjoyed watching the uninterrupted sunset. Breakfast had many options. The variety was excellent.

the restaurant was often chaotic upon arrival. Staff were unable to seat me on several occasions. They sometimes walked me around trying to find a table. This was not ideal, and I feel the restaurant could be better managed.

The room was very clean. The bed was large and quite comfortable. A separate shower from the bath was a plus, and the overall space was generous. The balcony provided seating for enjoying the external view.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area near a nature reserve and dunes. These are easily accessible. The walk around the dunes is arduous! yet the view from the mirador is worth it. The surrounding area is very walkable.
