I spent 6 nights here, and i'm very grateful for the cleanliness! The hotel was super clean, including our room, a family suite. The staff worked hard and were always smiling, especially the animation team. Valentine's Day brought lovely decorations like hearts and balloons. It was very nice.
The hot drinks machines at breakfast experienced queues, due to the machines amount, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located for excursions to nearby attractions. It is about 25 minutes walking distance to the center or a quick 7 euro taxi ride. This was really nice. The hotel is on a hill though, with a bit of an incline for the last stretch.

The all-inclusive food service offered many choices! The themed nights added a nice touch, with staff sometimes wearing coordinating additions to their uniforms. I really liked this! The lunchtime selection was just as excellent as the dinner options.

the pools and slides were a hit with the kids! grass around the pool gave an extra sense of security. the team organizing the kids club was fantastic and got along well with everyone. mariana at the kids waterpark was amazing and made jellyfish for the kids.
i found the beds a bit soft for my liking, and they moved around quite a lot.
