my room was cleaned every day. The bed was always made. wristbands served as keys, very convenient! the grounds were beautifully maintained with many plants and trees.

The room i stayed in requires some updates to make it more modern. i also think coffee and tea facilities should be available. I don't want to go to the canteen for a drink upon waking up. the plug sockets were hanging out of the wall under the dressing table.

the hotel features four a la carte restaurants plus one buffet restaurant open in the evenings and two at lunchtime! two poolside bars exist, one of these provides food, and a snack bar is available 24/7 with food and drinks.

this hotel offers three pools, the central one is heated and the other two are perfect for relaxation! all of the pools are very clean. entertainment happens at the main pool. it also has a village area, offering live music, including queen and beatles tribute bands.

the grounds featured immaculate plants and trees. i especially enjoyed the infinity pool area, where i found delicious food, particularly the toasties. I found that very tasty.

The room could use some updating. That would improve the overall experience. i noticed the plug sockets under the dressing table seemed a bit loose. addressing those small maintenance issues could elevate the stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the pools were refreshing. I swam in the unheated pool and it was great. there were no long queues for drinks at any time. i found available sun beds easily .

the hotel is large, so walking from one end to the other can be a bit of a hike.
